**Job Description**:

- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling etc. Answer general queries regarding the courses and schedules
- Maintain accurate and complete student records
- Monitor the schedule, attendance & functioning of the online and offline classes assigned to each counsellor
- Coordinate with teachers & students in managing re-scheduling of online classes **Coordinate with teachers and students for offline courses**
- Provide online and offline support to teachers and students when issues occur in their sessions
- Update course catalogues
- Upload notes, assignments and evaluation and monitor
- Help students to identify and monitor their goals in music through Periodic counselling. Prepare students for additional learning & collaboration experiences by encouraging them to explore such opportunities associated with other platforms & services from TechSARIGA
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision/improvement of courses or features of the platform

Qualification
- BA Music/MA Music/Diploma in Music/ Any degree or PG with music background
- Knowledge of MS Office & reasonable speed in typing. Should be comfortable in working with an online platform and online video conferencing
- Good communication skill(English + Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi/Telugu). Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Maximum 4 years’ experience (Freshers also can apply)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
