**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Pre-Login Verification Calls (PLVC) and Pre-Issuance Verification Calls (PIVC) to customers to verify that they have a detailed understanding of the policy they have purchased.
- Maintain call records accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the verification process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the verification process.
- Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in verification, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in either of Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and moderate English, and Hindi
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining call records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficient in relevant software programs, including Excel and call recording software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations is preferred.
