Responsibilities
- Keeping the assigned building
- Reporting to security supervisor
- securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment and inspecting buildings and equipment. Security Guards duties can also access points as well as permitting or prohibiting entry.
- Performing routine inspections in the areas they are guarding. Securing specific areas during maintenance work and emergencies. Monitoring activities on security camera video monitors. Staying alert and observant, and reporting suspicious activities.
