**About the Job Role**:
Seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for a full-time position of Client Coordinator. Prior Customer **Service Experience / Client Coordinator / BPO / Inside Sales** Experience is preferred. - Good in Communication
- Generating leads and managing walk-in clients.
- Responsible for client follow-ups and Internal team coordination.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and escalate to the technical team to provide solutions.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
