**Job Summary**
Bluesparrow Events inculcates scientific curiosity among the kids. In these workshops we break the mysteries of science into amazing learning experiences.
Through our workshops and science camps, we teach kids about weather, climate change, chemistry, astronomy, and physics in a practical manner to pique their interest.
In the past 2 years we touched 23500 kids, 23+ activity centres, 350 + events, set up 12 interactive labs in Slums, Trained 150 teachers, large scale carnivals
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Teach children science with hands-on experiments and science toy making (guidance will be given on what to and how to teach)
2. Do demonstrations in science shows
3. Prepare the classroom for workshop, pre -preparation and post classroom set up
4. In classroom teaching kids in a workshop
5. Present engaging, interactive and scientifically accurate live science shows, and/or hands-on workshop experiences.

- 1. Set the tone for a positive kid experience: welcome each kid, determine if they would like any assistance, provide them information to guide their experience.
2. Engage with kids on an individual level: inspire an interest in science and technology through discussion and interpretation through hands-on interactive activities. Ensure all content shared with kids is scientifically accurate.
3. Value kids and make them feel important: take time to answer questions, guide exploration of activities and exhibits. Actively seek kid participation.
4. Promote safety and security and protect assets
