**Key Responsibilities**:
**AI Strategy & Development**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases that align with business goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of generative AI into existing and new systems.

**DevOps & Automation**:

- Utilize **Infrastructure as Code (Iac)** tools, such as ARM templates or Terraform, to automate infrastructure provisioning and ensure repeatable deployments.

**Containerization & Orchestration**:
**Technical Leadership**:

- Drive the development of scalable and efficient generative AI solutions, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
- Mentor team members on best practices in Python programming, DevOps, and AI integration.
- Provide guidance on infrastructure design for AI workloads on Azure.

**Scripting & Automation**:

- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure monitoring and alerting mechanisms are in place to detect and resolve issues quickly.

**Collaboration & Governance**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy and responsible AI practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Expertise**:

- **Programming Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- **Azure DevOps**: Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and Azure DevOps tools for automation and monitoring.
- **CI/CD Pipelines**: Proven ability to design and implement continuous integration and deployment workflows.
- **Infrastructure as Code**: Experience with ARM templates or Terraform for provisioning cloud infrastructure.

**Experience**:

- 12+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
- Proven track record of implementing DevOps best practices and automation strategies.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
