**About Us**:
Auxano Productions is a fast-growing creative agency specializing in branding, video production, digital marketing, and AI-driven content creation. Our clients span diverse sectors including cosmetics, healthcare, and lifestyle. We’re on the hunt for two talented interns who are passionate about design, storytelling, and creativity—driven by both skill and innovation.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design (using Canva)**:

- Create engaging social media posts for cosmetic products, healthcare services, and other general topics.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit cinematic long-form videos and short-form reels.
- Create audio from text using AI (voiceover generation is mandatory).
- Add subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer retention.
- Repurpose long-form content into short engaging clips.

**AI-Based Content Creation**:

- Use AI tools to generate graphics, video scenes, and voiceovers.
- Use prompts effectively for AI-generated content.

**(Optional) Social Media Management**:

- Scheduling and posting content.
- Helping with engagement insights and analysis.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Canva design (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / VN / any advanced tool)
- AI Tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, D-ID, Pika, etc.)
- Audio/voice generation from text
- Strong understanding of social media content trends
- Basic scriptwriting and storytelling

**Languages Required**:

- **English** - Professional
- **Hindi** - Fluent
- **Marathi** - Fluent
- (_Other regional languages are a bonus_)

**Additional Requirements**:

- Timely delivery of tasks
- Ability to work independently & manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong portfolio or samples of previous work (preferably with AI usage)
