**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and assisting with various digital marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to help amplify our brand’s online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in developing and curating engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms to build and maintain relationships with our online community.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Help brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track social media performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive.
- **Content Scheduling**: Assist in planning and scheduling content across social media platforms using latest tools.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, mission, and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Social Media Knowledge**: Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and trends.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Experience creating engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, or written posts (portfolio or samples a plus).
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- **Creative Mindset**: A passion for creativity, storytelling, and digital trends.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Experience**: Previous internship or personal social media management experience is a plus, but not required.
