**Job Title**: Cybersecurity Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct in-person and virtual cybersecurity training sessions for employees, clients, and external organizations.
- Train individuals on a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including network security, threat analysis, data protection, incident response, risk management, compliance, and privacy standards.
- Customize training programs based on the audience’s skill level and organizational requirements.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop, update, and maintain training materials (presentations, handouts, guides) based on current cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry best practices.
- **Assessments and Feedback**:

- Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and certifications to measure participants’ knowledge and skill levels.
- **Research and Stay Current**:

- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure all training content reflects the latest best practices and compliance standards
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with the IT, security, and HR departments to identify training needs and deliver relevant content.
- Provide guidance on cybersecurity policies and procedures to improve the organization’s overall security posture.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications.
- Report on the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on participant feedback and performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years of experience in training or teaching.
- In-depth knowledge of key cybersecurity concepts, such as:

- Network Security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Endpoint Security
- Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management
- Incident Response and Forensics
- Security Policies and Risk Management
- Data Privacy and Compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
- Certification(s) in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CISA) are highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in using training platforms and tools (e.g., LMS systems, virtual training tools).
- Ability to adapt training materials and sessions based on participant feedback and industry changes.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
- Experience in developing e-learning content or courses.
- Ability to conduct simulated cybersecurity attacks or penetration testing in a safe environment for educational purposes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
