UC advocates and influences policy change in the alternative care space, by researching and creating evidence, training functionaries, and developing policy briefs, and research papers.

**Purpose of Role**:
The present era is an era of Information Technology (IT), and Udayan Care does recognize the importance of the IT skill set and soft skills in the technology-driven world. We planted our roots in the IT field in 2004 and have been growing at a consistent pace since then. We currently have 21 centres in 6 states, and our IT centres have equipped over 25,617 students as of Oct 2023.

To serve as Trainer, responsibilities are directly aligned to ensure the upliftment of those youth who come from deprived sections of society and are looking for a platform where they can attend a specific skill-set training that will enable them to grab a job opportunity to sustain their livelihood.

**Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Python Trainer to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the Coding work. As a Python Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, providing hands-on instruction, and guiding trainees through the process of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in preparing our trainees to become proficient Python Developer and secure employment opportunities in this growing field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Python training programs aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- 1+ years of work experience as trainer on python to trained fresher.
- Having knowledge of coding skills in an Object Oriented programming language (Django with Rust Python web-framework preferred)
- Good experience working with databases like Postgres, SQL, MongoDB, Mysql
- Good understanding Python Libraries, Middleware - Web Services Implementation - ORM (Object Relational Mapper) and REST based Web services implementation using Python

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of work experience as trainer on python to trained fresher.
- Having knowledge of coding skills in an Object Oriented programming language (Django with Rust Python web-framework preferred)
- Good experience working with databases like Postgres, SQL, MongoDB, Mysql
- Good understanding Python Libraries, Middleware - Web Services Implementation - ORM (Object Relational Mapper) and REST based Web services implementation using Python
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Passion for vocational training and a commitment to empowering individuals with employable skills.
- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English are preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
