**The Role**

Sourcing Support apprentice will be expected to learn to work in collaboration with the procurement team in handling different enquiries/tasks. In this role individual will undergo training under the various categories in procurement requirements and includes the support in understanding end user requirements, completing risk assessment of suppliers and contract management on our central repository.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role will require the apprentice to learn:

- Risk assessment of suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers to complete the risk assessment process via tool and resolve their queries by collaborating with IT team and sourcing managers.
- Contract Management: Ensure contracts are accurately uploaded to the system, improve contract coverage and ensure these are in compliance with policy.
- To Train and guide internal teams (sourcing managers/stakeholders) and ensure that users are using the systems (Fusion and Spendconnect) correctly and in compliance with policy.
- To provide support to other members within the team in relation to risk assessment process, contract management and reporting.
- To take on administration responsibilities for the team such as query management, contract upload, and compliance with procurement policy.

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience**
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed institute.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
