**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regional and detailed geological mapping, sampling, and trenching.
- Supervise drilling operations (RC/diamond), manage contractors, and ensure safety compliance.
- Perform lithological, structural, and alteration core logging.
- Assist in preparing exploration models and 2D/3D interpretations using GIS or modeling software.
- Manage and document field data, sample dispatch, QA/QC protocols.
- Collaborate with geophysicists, GIS analysts, and mining engineers.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to JORC/NI 43-101 compliant resource estimation projects.

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology.
- 2-5 years of field experience in mineral exploration (freshers with internship/project experience may also apply).
- Knowledge of GIS/Remote Sensing, MapInfo, QGIS, Surfer, or Leapfrog is preferred.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to work in remote field locations, both domestic and international.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in exploration of graphite, lithium, gold, copper, or iron ore.
- Exposure to satellite data interpretation and geochemical analysis.
- Familiarity with Indian and international mining codes (JORC, NI 43-101).
