e. Learning Skills - Delivery Process, Tools & their operations.

f. Analytic Skills - Creating & Analyzing reports, Creating Root Cause Analysis etc

**Engineering**:
Have Specialization in of the area as part of graduation
- a. Cloud

b. Cyber Security

c. Ethical Hacking

d. Network

e. AI/ML

**Educational qualifications preferred**

**Degree**: Bachelor of Engineering - Computers ,Electronics, IT

**Required Knowledge**:
Good communication skill

Basic science knowledge with comfortable in speaking English and Local Languages Should have customer focus attitude and follow up skills
