We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **HR Payroll and Compliance Manager** to oversee our organization’s payroll operations, statutory compliance, and HR policies. This role ensures timely salary processing, accurate statutory filings, and adherence to all legal and regulatory frameworks governing employment and labor practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory dues (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with finance and external auditors during audits and statutory inspections.
- Monitor and implement updates in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, onboarding formalities, and exits.
- Develop and maintain accurate HR and payroll records in HRMS/ERP systems.
- Address employee queries related to salary, taxation, and benefits.
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct PF and ESIC office visits for registrations, inspections, queries, and claim settlements.
- Process accident reimbursement claims and coordinate with insurance and government bodies for settlements.
- Assist with onboarding, employee exits, and statutory documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in employment law and ensure implementation across HR operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, compliance, and statutory handling.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF & ESIC processes, and HR documentation.
- Experience with payroll software and HRMS platforms (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, GreytHR, Zoho People).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with government departments and employees.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and high level of confidentiality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in payroll or labor law compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with audit processes and government inspections.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
