IT Systems Administrator, SaaS Operations

The IT Operations department at Toast is working diligently to improve and mature our processes and procedures in order to support our growing Toast employee's needs. The SaaS Ops team, within the IT team, is responsible for administering, maintaining, and deploying the collaboration and communication tools that our Toast employees utilize to perform their work. Our cloud based infrastructure is continuously growing and we are hiring a new SaaS Ops Administrator to help balance the demanding workload.

**Must have experience**
- Okta
- Experience implementing SSO and lifecycle management (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM)
- Experience building access policies and controls
- Experience with Okta expression language and building group rules
- Experience with Okta Workflows and interacting with Okta APIs
- Google Workspace
- Experience administering users, groups and licensing
- Experience with Chrome browser management
- Experience with building integrations and interacting with Google Workspace APIs
- Experience with investigation and log discovery
- Slack Enterprise Grid
- Experience troubleshooting and administering users & channels
- Experience creating and maintaining policies
- Experience managing Slack apps/integrations
- Experience interacting with Slack APIs
- Zoom Video Conferencing
- Experience with user and license management
- Experience with 3rd party integrations
- Familiarity with REST & HTTP APIs, JSON and sequential workflow building
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical partners and peers to improve SaaS experiences for our users
- Serving as a point of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-related issues
- Creating policies and guidelines to enforce SaaS best practices

**Nice to have experience**:

- Familiarity with regulated environments including SOC II, SOX & PCI
- Google Vault
- Zoom Phone
- MFA administration (Duo, Yubikey, Okta Verify)
- GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- IAM, project management, billing
- Okta Certified Administrator
- Professional Google Workspace Administrator
- Slack Certified Admin
- Jira and Confluence administration
- ServiceNow backend - ticket intake, change management, reporting and dashboards
