1. Managing all Order fulfilment with back office and plant for smooth order into system and timely delivery to customer.

2. Managing all Delivery updates from respective plants to site / customers

3. Giving clearance to Order fulfilment team for Clean order / Order checking / Getting signoff from respective sales and their clients.

4. Managing proper Vehicle Load from Plant to Pune / clubbing multiple shipments.

5. Getting all the PODs of delivery of material acknowledgement to process the invoice.

6. Getting Invoice from Accounts and submitting it to respective clients.

7. Co-ordination all Deliveries / Order at site along with Project team.

8. Knowledge on TDS & returns filing.

9. Knowledge on GST & returns filing.

10. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

11. Invoicing, Purchase Accounts & Expenses.

12. Basic knowledge on Navigation.

13. General accounts knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
