**Job Title**: Communication Skills Trainer
**Location**: Pal College Of Technology & Management
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Classroom Instruction**: Teach communication skills courses to students, covering topics such as public speaking, presentation skills, academic writing, and interpersonal communication.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and continually update the curriculum to ensure it meets the educational standards and addresses the current needs of students.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions focused on specific communication skills, including debate, negotiation, and group discussion techniques.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer assessments to evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback to guide their improvement.
- **Individual Support**: Offer one-on-one tutoring and coaching sessions to students needing additional assistance with their communication skills.
- **Resource Development**: Create and distribute educational materials such as handouts, guides, and online resources to support student learning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other faculty members to integrate communication skills training into other academic programs and courses.
- **Student Engagement**: Encourage and facilitate student participation in extracurricular activities that enhance communication skills, such as debate clubs, public speaking contests, and writing workshops.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in communication skills training and participate in professional development opportunities.
- **Advising and Mentorship**: Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, providing guidance on academic and career matters related to communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Relevant teaching certification or credentials in communication skills training.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching communication skills at the college or university level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in instructional design and educational technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
