**EXECUTIVE-EDP JOB DESCRIPTION-**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-**
- Receiving the batteries from transport / dtdc and local
- tracker to be update.
- Updating the received batteries in wcr
- entered in wcr (sl no wise), irrespective of documents.
- Document collection
- in case of any document missing - need to follow-up with customer (cp or dealer) and keep the things ready for warranty process - max - 7days (in case of non-receipt - send a reminder mail and after 15days return back goods).
- Warranty invoicing
- all the tested & faulty batteries to be processed in sap - and invoices to be printed and dispatched.
- Update wcr - after invoicing
- update wcr on daily basis -and report.
- Daily report - inward/ outward & pendency report
- it is has be shared before closing cfa along with updated wcr.
- Weekly report - inward/ outward & pendency report-it is has be shared before closing cfa along with updated wcr.
- Closing the open calls-check the open complaints in app and close the same in case of receipt at cfa.
- Warranty reconciliation - need to send the warranty reconciliation to all the channel partners, get acknowledgement (preferably hard copy signature) / mail communication for temp backup, on or before 7th / 5th working day of the month and update the same in share folder.
- Refresh charging
- all the red stocks - to be updated with voltage and sg - as per the refresh charge report.

**QUALIFICATION FOR EXECUTIVE-EDP -**
- Minimum 1 Year experience in same filed.
- Any Graduate/Fresher can also apply
