We are looking for a Consumer Insights and Digital Analytics Executive to join our agency headquartered in Singapore. Remote work is welcome.

**To RISE in this role, you must be great at**:
**R. Research**: Gathering data from internal and external sources, deriving insights, and helping to shape strategy, segment audience and needs, and ultimately identifying opportunities

**I. Insights & Analysis**:Practising both the art and science of media; being versed at using numbers and data for sharp analyses and meaningful insights to improve marketing efforts for our clients

**S. Strategy & Storytelling**:Thinking strategically and storytelling succinct data-actionable, business-ready insights, enabling the optimization of client campaigns and brand performance

**E. Erudition**:Keenly interpreting results, masterfully identifying pain-points, making learned observations and offering best-in-class next steps and recommendations

You will work on key clients projects with a focus on the overall scope of delivery, quality and operational performance, reaction to industry trends and ensuring plans map back to client objectives, adhering to our tenet of being on-time, on-brief, and on-budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bringing the consumer understanding to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research to provide insights and recommendations
- Supporting the performance marketing team with paid media oversight and client consultation, with the ability to react and optimise media spending according to the data
- Demonstrating an understanding of integrated communications marketing and managing integrated projects with a focus on digitizing the transformation of projects through digital
- Driving an audience-first and data-driven approach to managing creative output for digital platforms, in collaboration with the creative team
- Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and the latest innovations

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or related fields, including digital / integrated campaign management, digital media, digital consulting etc
- Proven track record of developing insights using data and information researched or sourced from social listening (e.g Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch etc), consumer insights tools (e.g Global Web Index, Statista etc) or digital analytics tools (e.g. Semrush, Google Analytics etc)
- Detailed understanding of analytics across channels with the ability to synthesise multi-source data into actionable insights
- Experienced working within a broader digital marketing ecosystem (including search, content, media buying, partnerships, demand generation, CRM, and B2B marketing) with the aptitude to develop additional skills
- Familiar with best-practice integrated digital marketing communications tactics and tools and the ability to appropriately recommend them to clients
- Ability to manage a spectrum of large to small projects, and multi-task on high-impact accounts
