**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Work with a variety of vendor platforms and provide technical direction to development teams, both internal and vendor partners
- Provide expert advice & guidance on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns and coding standards, innovative solutions, best practices in an agile environment
- Understand the SFDC Architecture and influence design for requirements, collaborate between TE CRM Architects and developers to translate strategies into robust solutions & drive releases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business process/requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery of salesforce features by exploring out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes & productivity & make recommendation to support an organization looking to implement salesforce at rapid pace
- Design and develop technical proposals, usability studies, software evaluations, technical qualifications and buy vs. build recommendations as needed
- Knowledge of security and compliance consideration in Salesforce implementations and partner with various teams including other Dev-Ops, Support, operations (I&O), database, network, and security to design, implement, maintain, and monitor systems
- Demonstrate ability to adapt and learn emerging technologies in this space. Challenge self and team to innovate and keep up with market trends
- Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications

**Experience Required/Desired**
- Strong Knowledge of CRM concepts, business process and best practice working experience on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ (PROS), FSL etc.
- Proficiency in SFDC configuration, customization & development using Apex, Visualforce Lightning components, other SFDC apps/technologies, ability to define scope & manage work packages
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce architecture including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, visual force, apex coding, lightning components, batch processes, and database design
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using API's, middleware & ETL tools
- Strong knowledge in version control and CI/CD implementation using CI/CD tools like GitHub, Copado etc.
- In-depth understanding of security and compliance consideration in Salesforce implementations
- Working experience with agile development & methodologies & tools
- Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Architect preferred

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent experience and knowledge required
