We are looking for an artful Interior Designer / Interior Architect to undertake a variety of Residential & Hospitality turnkey projects. You will deal with design from concept, design development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

The goal is to design practical, bespoke spaces with top notch quality & aesthetics.

Responsibilities of an Interior Designer:

- Undertaking Principals design project from concept to completion
- Defining project requirements and schedule during the brief
- Interpreting and translating customer needs into plans & 3D models
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of Costing, BOQs & logistics
- Detail drawings, Electrical & Service Drawings

**Job Description**:

- Develop designs to suit clients' needs, their budget, and the type of building.
- Prepare initial sketches and mood boards for client presentations.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises.
- Expertise in interior layouts, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Produce detailed 3D Models of interior & exterior designs.
- Prepare detail drawings for site & manufacturers.
- Create Electrical plans & liaise with specialists.
- Specify & Source colour schemes, finishes, fabrics, fittings and furniture.
- Understanding of Indian + UK Building regulations & Bylaws
- Procure samples & quotes.
- BOQ preparation, work out costs and prepare estimates.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
