Location: In-Office
Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM
## Job Overview:
## Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls related to the trucking agency, including customer inquiries and scheduling.
- Maintain and update records of call logs and communications.
- Provide information to callers, take messages, or direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the trucking agency as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Report daily on call management activities and other assigned tasks.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent English speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Available for on-call duties when required.

- Efficient and professional handling of all trucking agency-related calls.
- Accurate and timely reporting on daily call activities.
- Smooth communication and collaboration with other departments.
