**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in crusher plant operations or a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
- Relevant certifications or training in crusher operation, maintenance, and safety may be beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
