UX/UI and Graphic Designer

**Role Summary**:Vetted seeks an innovative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client team Loyaltty.

Loyaltty is a fast-growing startup based out of Silicon Valley, California, US with offices in Bhubaneswar, Odiisha dedicated to delivering marketing solutions helping businesses grow and succeed in the digital landscape. Loyaltty builds technology in the areas of loyalty, rewards, digital marketing and communication for the retail industry in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual design concepts using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to refine and improve website designs.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and troubleshoot any design-related issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI and Web Designer or in a similar role.
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- **Web Technologies**: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics; experience working with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) is a plus.
- **UI/UX Principles**: Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
- **Responsive Design**: Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
- **SEO**: Basic understanding of SEO principles and how design can impact search engine rankings.
- **Version Control**: Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
- **Cross-Browser Compatibility**: Experience ensuring websites are compatible across different browsers and devices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of web development tools and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with animation tools like After Effects or Lottie.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong creative and visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
