**Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager **(Meta Ads Specialist)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Craft specialized strategies for Meta Ads platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

2. **Meta Ads Expertise**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and features of Meta Ads platforms.
- Utilize advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.

3. **Campaign Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.

4. **Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and optimized ad creatives for Meta Ads.
- Ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. **Budget Management**:

- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to achieve campaign objectives.

7. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a focus on Meta Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads platforms, advertising policies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Meta Ads or related digital marketing certifications.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
