**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research & Database Management**:

- Identify upcoming projects and maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
- **Client Communication & Lead Generation**:

- Contact prospective clients and share company profiles with new leads.
- **Internal Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the design team, accounts, and other departments for preparing quotations and tracking payment status.
- Support the sales team in preparing and sending sales quotations.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle vendor registration by submitting required documents.
- Raise Proforma Invoices and assist in documentation.
- **Sales Records & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Prepare MIS reports periodically for submission to management.
- **Client Follow-ups**:

- Follow up with clients on offers submitted, in coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinate with clients for timely payments and update the sales team accordingly.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
- Collect and record feedback from existing clients to improve service quality.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
