We are hiring for Indian Language Interpreter **(Voice Process) - **Permanent Work from Home.

**Eligibility -**

1.High Schools degree or equivalent.

2**.Native Fluency in English and Indian Language (Bengali/Nepali).**

3.Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of language.

4.Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.

5.Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective at all times.

6.Separate space to work and stable internet connection.

**Responsibilities**:
Renders correct concepts and meanings between language and English following complexity, clarity, tone and style from one language into another, upholding the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages.

Employs good customer service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, pleasant and professional voice as well as polite forms of expression.

Follows instructions for clients, manages the flow of the call and avoids taking over the call, as well as avoids interaction with the limited English speaker person without the client's permission.

Remains calm during calls in the event that one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations.

**Applicants should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts (Including night).**

**Working days**: 5 days (2 rotational week off)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**CTC**: 5.33 LPA

**Requirements** - Android phone or Laptop & Internet connection (100 MBPS speed)

**Other allowance**: Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the employee, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹530,000.00 per year
