Client Servicing Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
**o Identifying and resolving client queries**
**o Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications**
**o Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients**
**o Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner**
**o Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the**
**company**
**o Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients**
**o Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets**
**o Performing on-site sales visits**
**o Requirements**
**o Any Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any field**
**o Prior experience in any management, marketing, or client services field.**
**o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
**o Good time management and organizational skills**
**o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**
**o Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual**
**o Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations**
**o Good listening skills**
**o Ability to work independently and collaboratively**
**o Ability to offer excellent customer service**
**o Ensuring that all the required documents of all the ongoing projects are updated in the**
**record and with the client as well.**
**o Strong Microsoft Office skills and CS (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)**
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
