**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks and workflows.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient business operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and present findings to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Support the Operations Manager in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in an operations or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
