## **Job Summary**
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries.
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the pulp and root structures.
- Perform procedures such as pulpotomies, pulpectomies, and apicoectomies.
- Use advanced imaging techniques (CBCT, digital X-rays) for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Provide non-surgical and surgical endodontic treatments to manage infections and preserve natural teeth.
- Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and preventive oral hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and materials.
## **Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: MDS in Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in rotary endodontics, microscopic endodontics, and modern obturation techniques.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, patient management, and teamwork abilities.
- **Licensing**: Valid Dental Council Registration.
## **Work Schedule**
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Week Off**: 1 day per week (to be discussed)
- **Shift Timing**: To be determined based on clinic requirements
