JOB DESCRIPTION: INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

**Position**:INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

**Location: BANJARA HILLS ROAD NO -12, HYD Company: VEGA CORPARATE OFFICE,**

**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's inventory levels. This role includes tracking and controlling inventory, managing orders, and ensuring accurate reporting to upper management. The Inventory Executive will use software to monitor demand, document inventory characteristics, and ensure the efficient flow of stock.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business requirements.
- Continuously monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain procedures for effective inventory control.
- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
- Report on stock levels, issues, and inventory performance to upper management.
- Use inventory management software to monitor demand and document inventory details.
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory data.
- Implement effective methods for handling stock and reducing waste.
- Oversee the daily inflow and outflow of stock to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software, preferably Synergics ERP.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
- High proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
