**POSITION: CUSTOMER SUPPORT /CRM EXECUTIVE**

**LOCATION**:Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

**TYPE**:Full time, at location

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Ensure a delightful experience for online shoppers
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client queries/concerns are addressed effectively.
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly goals and reports
- Inform customer on order / courier details (Through calls/ Chat)
- Provide timely and correct responses on social media and support portal.
- Ability to understand and give suitable response from the templates.
- Need to give quick responses from 10am-7pm through chat support portal and on social media platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to understand the query correctly and forward to concerned departments internally.
- Ability to understand the collection name by seeing the image of the product.

**Prerequisites**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi (neutral accent)
- Ability to understand International accent.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.
- Ability to type fast and without any typos(mobile and PC)
- Ability to work from home for 1-2 hours each on Saturday and Sunday (and holidays).
- Well versed in MS Office
- Excel/Word/Power Point
- Attention to detail
- Good Voice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
