Position: GFRC Fitter and Helper

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Company: Precon GFRC I Pvt Ltd

Precon GFRC I Pvt Ltd is a leading construction company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of GFRC architectural and decorative elements. We are currently seeking to hire GFRC Fitters and Helpers to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installing GFRC architectural and decorative elements such as panels, cladding, balustrades, etc.
- Finishing GFRC surfaces to achieve the desired texture and appearance
- Coordinating with other trades people to ensure the timely and efficient completion of the project
- Following safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training in construction or a related field
- Experience in the installation of GFRC elements
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work in different locations and travel if required
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on skills and experience
- Fitter ₹18000-20000 (Skilled)
- Semi Fitter ₹15000-16000 (Semi-skilled)
- Helper ₹11000-13000 (Unskilled)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
