**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough title verification and due diligence for property transactions, ensuring clear and marketable titles. LawBhoomi

- **Liaison with Authorities**: Interact with government bodies, local authorities, and regulatory agencies for obtaining necessary approvals, clearances, and resolving legal issues.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to safeguard the company's interests.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate legal practice.
- Proficiency in property laws, contract laws, and real estate regulations.iPleaders

- Familiarity with local real estate market dynamics in Kalyan and surrounding regions.
- Experience in handling RERA compliance and registrations.
- Knowledge of land acquisition processes and redevelopment projects.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, typically ranging from ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
