**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing - Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall performance of our e-commerce platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our ecommerce website and increase online sales.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors' strategies.
- Optimize website content, product listings, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and generate actionable insights to optimize the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure a seamless user experience and consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
