**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop electrical building services including lighting, power distribution, earthing, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
- Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure coordinated design solutions.
- Support the preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
- Conduct site visits to support design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and local regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical building services design (freshers with strong CAD/Revit skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of **Revit MEP** preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (IEC, IS, NBC, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience with BIM workflows and clash detection.
- Exposure to sustainable design practices and green building certifications (LEED/IGBC).
- Knowledge of electrical software tools (Dialux, ETAP, or similar) will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,824.96 - ₹48,026.82 per month
