Accountable for L&D, Talent Management and Employee Engagement initiatives - National rollouts and Cluster level initiatives
- Drive Training need assessment, design and roll out cluster specific / National capability building initiatives as per need. Leverage E learning and drive penetration and utilization
- Execute the national Talent Management agenda and drive TM initiatives at cluster in close partnership with the HRBP-Ops and CLT.
- Drive new joinee experience in the cluster through design and execution of cluster specific / National onboarding and induction practices.
- Enable DAC based talent pipeline creation and internal career opportunities
- Design and execute local engagement initiatives and execute National Employee Engagement initiatives
- People Survey
- Analyze the Pulse survey report and cascade the same to stakeholders. Drive the Functional / cluster action plan through prioritization.
- Design and partner CLT in delivering actions to build a preferred place to work.
