Assess clients' eligibility for different types of visas based on their travel, study, work, or immigration goals.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in visa policies, regulations, and procedures for different countries and communicate these updates to clients.
- Liaise with visa offices, consulates, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients to resolve issues, expedite processing, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of visa services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct informational sessions and workshops for clients to educate them about visa requirements and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote visa services offered by the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Travel and Tourism, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working as a Canada Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of visa regulations, immigration policies, and procedures for various countries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to providing services.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of foreign languages and international travel experience are advantageous but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
