Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.

Experience:

- 6 Months to 1 Year of Previous experience in steward or similar role preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Set up and maintain tables according to established standards
- Welcome and seat guests, providing excellent customer service
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed
- Monitor and replenish supplies as required
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff for efficient operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.

Requirements for the Steward position:

- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with basic culinary terms and practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Languages:

- English and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
