Arsenius Skill Capital is #hirirng Project Co-ordinator for a Leading Developer in Residential Project

Location: Mumbai (Chembur)

CTC: up to 14 LPA

Requisite:
**Female Applicants Preferred for this role**

Applicants with 8+ yrs of relevant work experience in Residential Projects

Ensure empanelment of various Consultants as required.

Coordinate internally with all concerned teams for concerned projects (Budgeting, Tendering & Contracts, Billing, Liaison, Legal, Architecture, Site, Sales).

Coordinate with external consultants.

Jointly review, finalise and sign off Master construction plan including logistics, labour hutment plans, etc. prepared by Contractor.

Create a planning template which has an inbuilt Risk mitigation plan.

Track actual work progress vis-à-vis micro level timelines on a weekly basis. - Prepare weekly Project updates for management review.
- Identify deviations, if any:
i) Flag it off to the concerned AGM.

ii) Jointly Prepare and sign off on the corrective action steps with Project Manager.

iii) Ensure that the agreed corrective action/ steps are executed on site.

Ensure the project is run as per timelines without compromising on the quality and cost at any stage.

Conducting Review Meetings at Regular intervals; Preparing & circulating Minutes of the Meeting. Review and expedite the targets as prescribed in the Minutes of the Meeting.

Collating the MIS from different departments/ divisions w.r.t. a project.

Studying and Analysing the MIS and then reporting it to the Project Director.

Maintaining all project related Information in soft copy format which includes drawings, Calculations, Municipal approvals and other such documents in soft copy format for necessary submissions to the Project Director, if required.

To be the single point of contact for all details related to the project (s) handled both for the internal and external agencies including compliances.
