**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, explain travel options, and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and participate in team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
