Operation Debottlenecking, Re-lay outing, Line balancing for productivity improvement
Process Validation for co2 welding, Spot welding & welder Qualification
Tack Time calculation, Spot study, Ergonomics Study, Gun Study, Gun Selection for welding fixtures
Design, Developments & Installation of welding jigs & fixture & try-out.
New Part Configuration with SAP system & MES System
TPM / JH / CLITA establishment & its adherence on stages
Technical Documentation of Manufacturing process like SOP (Standard Operating Process), Work Instruction, Control Plan, PFMEA, Check sheet etc
Handling QMS/IMS audit (ISO,TS, IATF,OHSAS) etc.
Weld shop Consumable Monitoring & its optimization

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma in any stream

**General Experience**
- 3 to 8 yrs

**Critical Experience**
- Adequate Knowledge about sheet-metal process, Spot welding, CO2 welding Process & metal finishing operation
Adequate Knowledge of press tools, dies & welding fixture.
Competency in Tool Drawings & its Specification Reading - GD&T
SAP MM module ,MES System
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CP, PPAP etc
Knowledge of Paint Process, PTCED, Poweder coating & Plating Process
