**Description and Requirements**:

- Architect and design complex VMware vSphere environments
- Implement advanced virtualization solutions, including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX-T
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in large-scale VMware environments
- Perform capacity planning and performance optimization
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of VMware solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest VMware technologies and industry best practices- Architect and design complex server and storage infrastructure solutions- Implement advanced server and storage technologies, including virtualization, SAN, and NAS- Troubleshoot and resolve critical server and storage issues- Perform capacity planning and optimization for server and storage infrastructure- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience
- Deep understanding of VMware vSphere architecture and components
- Advanced knowledge of vCenter Server, vSphere Distributed Switch, and vSphere Storage DRS
- Experience with vSAN and NSX-T
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ Years experience
- Certifications: VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) - Data Center Virtualization, VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) - Data Center Virtualization
