QA Tester Job Description
- Proven experience (typically 8+ years for lead position) in quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Develop and implement the overall QA strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's objectives and quality goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team of QA professionals, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to perform their roles effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance process for all products, services, or software development cycles.
- Establish testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and regression testing, among others.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product requirements, specifications, and design to identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the effectiveness of QA processes.
- Monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on QA activities, progress, and results.
- Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that quality issues are appropriately addressed and resolved.

- Role: QA Tester

- Experience: 3 - 8 years
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a software-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
- Should have worked on Manual and Automation testing.
- Good understanding of Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software Test methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Possess good analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Structured and influential communicator: verbally, in written documentation, and in presentations.
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts is a plus.
- Responsibilities:

- Take decisions and lead the project as a QA Lead.
- Maintain all documents like Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit in a multinational environment.
- Understanding of different methodologies like Agile, Scrum.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Software testing: 3 years (preferred)
