**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ERP software.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Offer solutions and advice to improve IT processes, system performance, and operational efficiency.
- Perform system updates, patches, and security enhancements across software, hardware, and network systems.

Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new IT systems, software, and equipment
- Perform regular updates, patches, and system enhancements for ERP systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and user guides.
- Provide training to users on ERP functionality, ensuring optimal use of the software.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT consulting, ERP support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience with database management and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking concepts is desirable.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
