**Job Title: Tele caller (Female)**

**Location**: MG Road, Ernakulam

**Salary Range**: 15000 - 22000

**About the Job**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Generator/ Tele sales Representative to join our team at MG Road, Ernakulam. This role plays a pivotal part in our sales and marketing efforts, focusing on generating high-quality leads and initiating outbound calls to potential customers, engaging in persuasive conversations, and effectively promoting our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify prospects through various channels.
- Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in Malayalam Language to generate leads and qualify for opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams for lead handover.
- Update data in Excel sheets and prepare reports to track lead generation metrics and performance.
- Submit weekly reports to the manager, providing insights on lead generation activities and outcomes, particularly focusing on sales data.
- Provide feedback to refine lead generation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in solar field is a plus.
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Basic proficiency in excel, word etc.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Collaboration skills to work with sales teams.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
