**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal correspondence and documentation for court filings.
- Support the legal team in managing compliance and regulatory matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all legal activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties to gather information and facilitate communication.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on legal drafting and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support role with a focus on legal drafting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal procedures.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
