**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicle.
- Check the damage to the vehicle and give an estimate for the repairs.
- Explain the cost and time required for repairs clearly to the customer.
- **Job Card & Estimation**:

- Prepare a job card and repair estimate based on the damage.
- Work with insurance companies to help customers with their claims if needed.
- **Workshop Coordination**:

- Work closely with the workshop technicians to ensure the repairs are done as per schedule.
- Keep the customer informed about the progress of the repair work.
- **Quality Check & Delivery**:

- Inspect the vehicle after repairs to ensure everything is done properly.
- Deliver the repaired vehicle to the customer and explain the work done.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain all records like job cards, invoices, and insurance documents.
- Prepare reports about the workshop's work, customer feedback, and job status.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
