Faculty Member

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions in accordance with the curriculum and course objectives.
- Plan and supervise clinical experiences and ensure that students develop appropriate skills and competencies in various aspects of nursing and midwifery.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of student performance and provide feedback and guidance to enhance their learning.
- Participate in research and scholarly activities in nursing and related fields, and publish papers and articles in academic journals.
- Contribute to the development and review of the curriculum and course materials, and assist in maintaining the quality of the educational program.
- Participate in community outreach and service activities, and collaborate with healthcare organizations and other stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the college and create opportunities for students.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in nursing education.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Master's degree in nursing or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in nursing education.
- Must have a valid nursing license and be registered with the nursing council.
- Knowledge of the ANM curriculum, nursing education, and related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
