A leading manufacturing company near Sungam road Trichy is looking for a mechanical maintenance person from automobile industry with 8-12 years of experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance of VMC, HMC, conventional and SPM machines, air compressors and material handling equipments to ensure maximum uptime for production. Perform Root Cause analysis for machine downtime and take countermeasures. critical spares identification and ensure stock availability. Develop EMP, RRP & EnMP. Standardize the maintenance systems by developing SOP's. Reconditioning of EOL machine elements. Inhouse machine shifting and installation. Develop Preventive and predictive maintenance plan and adherence. Ensure machine quality parameters to ensure component quality.Ensure maximum uptime of machines, implement TPM principles in gembha, ISO 9001,iso 14001,iso 45001, iso 50001 standards adherence, RCA for failures and arrive preventive action, Reconditioning of EOL machine elements, predictive and preventive maintenance of machine elements, critical spares identification and maintenance.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
